The Evolution of Ageing:
Longevity, Health and Performance for the Older Adult Exerciser

As an older adult athlete, your body possesses a deeper level of wisdom than your younger versions, yet it also requires a deeper level of care, attention and personalization.

And while you may still feel 21 on the inside, on the outside, your joints, strength, power and mobility may all tell a different story.

So, how do you modify your exercise, nutrition and stress, as well as your expectations, while still pursuing the things you love doing?

You might be getting older.
But you can still get better.

Join Pete, Mark, Hal and the global MAF community for this exclusive live discussion.

  • 90-minute live session: Join the MAF Masters live as they discuss the needs of the ageing athletic body and mind
  • Ask The Experts: Get your questions answered with dedicated audience Q&A time
  • Replay video included: If you can't join us live, watch the replay video and catch all of the insights!
